I use the default vocoders in Albleton so I'm not exactly sure how it would work in Fruity Loops, but here are some good places to start.

ROBOTRONIC

IL VOCODEX

oh hey, i know your problem, i have a heavy jazz backround(before i started to play darker, electronic stuff), and my jazzed up vocals really just sounde dlike shit. so what i do is use pitch shifters to ge some deep, thick tones that can really go a long ways without singing too many notes ;)

I've heard of tuning copied vocal tracks to create chords. Never tried it, but, always wanted to. Sounds like a good Idea in theory.

I use a lot of chorus, reverbs and compressors and twitching knobs you can get to really good sounds for vocals.
