I've been thinking of making tape cassettes from wav files on my pc. I haven't had a tape deck for years.
Should I be thinking of using a usb cassette deck to record the pc source files ?? I'm a little lost..

Depending on your sound system you can use P2 and/or RCA cables/adapters to route the output from the computer into any older tape recorder.
