october 20 is the release party for SOLAR SYSTEM
there will be a limited run of 5-10 CDRs (this will be the only CD release of this album) that come with a hand-painted card (very nice paper), and two tracks exclusive to the CDR release as well as liner-notes and a music video

i will, however, be placing aside 3 CDrs for those who are interested. it will cost 15 dollars US (most of which to cover postage)
but to qualify for purchase, you must make a video for me that has these elements represented in some fashion

01. braids
02. marmalade
03. crossed-fingers

the only restrictions i am placing is that it must be 90% original footage (more or less, obviously i cannot measure that sort of thing), and must be no shorter than 1 minute long and no longer than 3
and contain NO SOUND.

otherwise, you can shoot it in any way: HD, on your cellphone, an animation, a GIF even.
i urge experimentation
the "winner's" video will be used in future projections, credited, and will recieve the CD for free
the two runner-ups will be eligible to purchase the CD if they so choose at that point, if not, i'll destroy the CDs and cards

mostly, it just seems like it could be a fun project
oh, and collaborations are good and okay.

BUT if you are in providence, come to the show and you can buy one of them for 7 dollars
