Hi there!
My uni have told us to go out and make some field recordings of live music for an assignment and I am wondering if anyone here from the UK fancies getting themselves recorded for it. Basically it would involve going to somewhere interesting (i.e. a church, caves, catacombs, black or white lodges) and performing your stuff live whilst I record it with some well thought out stereo mic techniques.
What I get out of it: A really good chance to do some creative recording, record in crazy places, hopefully get good grades (what a sellout I am)
What you get: A very nice and interesting CD of your stuff, a fun day out putting your music in a completely different surrounding, the opportunity to work with the next Phil Spector (minus firearms).
