What'd I miss????

Hi all.
I used to lurk 'round these parts back in the day, but I've been a bit AWOL the last couple of years.
What are some key releases I might've missed? Some ABSOLUTE MUST HAVES? What came out like a year ago and you're STILL listening to it?
I prefer the darker to the dreamy, but I'm not adverse to some electronic psychedelia. Slow and syrupy, perhaps with a bit of crunch. Vocals are OK, as long as they're distorted in some shape or fashion.
