Well not exactly like 40oz, but you should check out Actual Pain. Actual Pain features darker themes for about the same price range, so if you are trying to save some monies then Actual Pain might not interest you.

I love love love Actual Pain's clothing line and would totally pay $40 for a t-shirt haha.

If you are looking for deep neck lines and buttery soft material maybe you should just look into buying American Apparel clothing. Most of their stuff is slim fit and fits amazingly. Their tri-blend line are some of the most comfortable t-shirts I own.

BLVCK SCVLE is somewhat similar to what you're looking for, I think. Unfortunately, they're fairly pricey as well, but they look really nice. They're more of a hip-hop culture brand, however.

this may sound kinda lame, but I never really spend the money on expensive clothing. I always go to a thirst store, find shirts and sweaters and what not that seem suitable for my tastes, then I make my own patches sorta collage style and sew them on. and maybe ill cut some sleeves or necks (neck on the article of clothing...not people necks haha).

oh also, I meant "thrift", not "thirst". ;)
