is there a philadelphia scene for witch house?

i cant not find any artist in philly to work with or maybe people just dont want to work with me....
im all new to this scene but i love the dark atmosphere of the music and i was looking for some constructive criticism and also another witch house artist to work on a project with me... i just produced a rough mix of my first official witch house track... if you like it and would like to help me id really appreciate it!
