Hello, This is my first post here.
I have been on this forum a while but have not have the need to post until now.
I'm doing a Crystal Castle cover and i need some help on achieving a sound.
I'm trying to make the chip tune sound like the one on Alice Practice or Loving and Caring.
If someone can help me make that sound i would really appreciate it.

If anybody is interested on my songs here is an example of my music ^^

I haven't heard the song but if you are going for a chip tune sound then all you really need is a square wave or a triangle wave and maybe some bit crushing

That specific sound i mean. Can't seem to make it. I get close but its not enough.
Premade sounds on VSTs aren't exactly what im looking for.
Maybe on Massive it's able to make it but i can't, been twitching knobs for about a week now haha.

I didnt tell you to use premade sounds on a VST. All chiptune synths are based on either triangle or square waves as that was all that the chips could produce. Try playing with pitch envelopes for the short bleeps and you definitely want to bitcrush them a lot to make them sound real

Im not saying you did, I have been told already to use some vst like peach, magical8bit, etc. I just want to learn how to do it from 0. It sounds like two squares arpeggiated at 1/32 but i can seem to nail the sound.

Just made it in 3xOsc and TAL Bitcrusher in about 30 seconds...

You are over thinking it. Get a square wave, put the pattern in the piano roll, pitch bend it up and down to get the short blip sound and then bitcrush it to taste

Can you up a screenshot of how you configured your 3xOsc?

A single square wave... that is all. Nothing else what so ever in 3xOsc. I guess you could maybe add a tiny bit of white noise for grit but its really just a square wave

There I even highlighted what needs changed. Click square and set the other 2 Oscillators to 0 volume (unless you want to add a tiny bit of noise but I didn't as the bitcrusher added enough grit)

It's that square sound but it sounds like quickly arpeggiated.

That has to do with the pitch bends and how you organise the notes... I'm showing you how to make the actual sound
