Not too into conspiracy propaganda but i like the beat .

liked the vocal effect at 2.03 / i'd like it better if all the vocals were like that throughout the song, personally. What is that effect ?

i used it only twice too build up an eery feel. when sounds are overdone it can kill the song. but appreciate the feed back : )
for the effect i took the vocal sample, created a duplicate, made one higher pitched, one lower pitched, and added some reverb. and have them layered so they sound at the same time. not too complicated. i think it was hall reverb. i was going for the sound the "mothman" talks with from the movie "Mothman prophecy's

and i wouldn't consider it propoganda. freedom of info act released the remaining 12k documents ( most where destroyed near watergate) so everything there is factual and confirmed by the government. just something i found interesting im no fear mongerer like alex jones or tru tv haha
