It appears that there is no SADWRIST topic, and since they are my biggest inspiration and favorite witch house artist, I'm making one.

I just love their tracks in general, I'd say it belongs to some subgenre of witch house with very distorded and melodic saw melodies (don't know if it has a name). They also did recently some black-metal sounding tracks, but that's less on-topic.

Sadwrist is pretty sick, and definitely brings something different to the WH scene with his evil glitch mutations. Tbh I haven't dived into his whole discography properly, need to do it one day

I'm always amazed by the actual quality of his tracks. Like, it sounds too compressed and even clipping, but it never sounds bad to the hear. Truly a craft I hope I can master someday.
