i'm not a fan of emo-rap. But this one have something different, It's more on the cloud rap vibe. Also the noisy background give it some witchy thing. Released days ago via VNR label.-

VNR is a multi genre label, mainly for vaporwave, downtempo and similar music. Also they release witch house but always with some vaporous touch.

Wouldn't call it emo rap, it's more like slow r'n'b / pop crooning. Reminds me a lot of oFF Love and Marxloh. Very cool recommendation, missed this type of music for a while.
