What are some good ones?
The only ones I've seen are Salem witch trial related ones from the History Channel or National Geographic, which were still pretty good.

Paradise Lost is a good one. Not completely witch related, but I guess it kinda is when it goes into what they say the WM3 were "into".

Good(ish) one on Aleister Crowley covering his house at Loch Ness and some bemused country folk.

I watched a good one back in August on BBC 4 called The Pendle Witch Child. It was more about the trials and how they changed over time and it used animation rather than actors for the reconstructions. I don't think it's available online anymore, but here's a link to the page about it anyways http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b013fj47
