Personally I think Tundra and Pale Noir are your best bets. Ben is an awesome guy to work with. Vinyl will be difficult to get with this album, but an initial run of CD-Rs with potential to get vinyl printed later is always an option. So is using something like Kickstarter and getting the vinyl crowdfunded.
