Gloom is a collection of outtakes, demos, and remixes from Doom.
2013-2018.
i started working on the songs that became doom in december 2013 and finished the album in the summer of 2017. it came out on march 2018 but i didn’t stop messing around with those songs until july 2018 when i made remixes for pig, the last of us and trash mental. that’s ~4.5 years of writing, changing, starting over, producing, overproducing, loving and hating these songs.
these tracks are the ones i think best represent the long and painful (but necessary) process that was making doom. this is my final goodbye to these songs and this era of ritualz. i hope you like this release, it was fun putting it together thinking back on all that’s happened since.
