Found Gloomstone's bandcamp after someone recommended it on a FB wh group. The album is a bastard child of Sleigh Bells, brostep, trap beats and Tobacco's noise-fuckery. There's even a bit of chiptune and gabber in the mix. And while I was a fan of most of those elements at some point in the past (minut brostep which absolutely skewed the understanding of dubstep worldwide), hearing them all chopped, remixed and mashed together doesn't fully work for me. I assumer this is music for larger spaces and live gigs, not lockdown streams with headphones. That being said, I will check out their other albums, I'm interested how they got here.
