Hey there.

I was instantly on fire with that thread, but id suggest to change the name to "slogans". This could be a good thing to get away from that tricky story telling aspect, whichs a little bit too much too handle i think. A Slogan is something everyones quite familiar with, and its something that refers to that witch house technique of sampling rap stuff. Therefore, a "slogan" could even be a 2 liner. like

Headin for the strip, yes were lookin for some action
(Posse on Broadway)

or, just with more words;

and youre looking pretty suspicious
(well, arctic monkeys...)

The other way round, just a single word can fuck you up, either. For example;

Health.
(that band, you know)


More skilled adjutants could even dare to fix one up in Illustrator . Even as this could be suspected for being more of a graphic thing, it would push the lyrical aspect of a good artwork.

Of course any proposals would have to pass harsh criticism.
