Basically I'm looking for something like Pitchfork, but for Japan. I'm not super interested in J-pop or any of that major label manufactured stuff (not a diss), but say.. for example... I recently stumbled across the fact that DJ Krush had a new album out (it's sick, by the way), and I wondered what kind of sites might report on something like that BEFORE it came out, know what I mean?
It's hard to google this stuff as an english speaker only, so just wondering if anyone stumbled across anything like this.. I want to know what's going on in the underground or whatever. In electronic and experimental scenes, especially.
OH and even if the site isn't in english, just point me in the right direction and I can at least listen to stuff.
