a valerian / chamomile tea mix that I make myself. Ultra calming.

I'm working on a summer ice tea which is a mix of valerian and yorkshire tea which I will call a valerian speedball. I haven't got the fruit content quite right yet.

Valerian is a weird one. it's a sleeping aid in essence, but with a high enough dosage (about 2 pots) my body relaxes completely, I get completely mad visuals as I'm going to sleep and very intense detailed dreams. i wake up feeling like I smoked a ton of weed, but none of the shitty side effects that prohibit me from using that substance (ie paranoia / depression)

for the most part my drugs of choice are Weed, Alchohol, Amphetamine Salts (adderall). I tried MDMA recently and i really liked it so looking to experiment more with that. i take mushrooms now and then if my friends are doing it. ive tried some other stuff but nothing too serious.
