for so long ive just been calling it avant ambiance,dissonant ambiance and the like. Never heard the term ambient noise shoegaze but it makes sense to me what it is haha.
n yeah, I've been messing around w this kind of stuff hoping to make something of it eventaully, thanks for listening : )
