O'69 is a faux-Japanese offshot of Phantasma Disques, releasing various MSV side projects, with focus on experimentation and sound manipulation. All the original 20 releases were housed in the classic PD plastic clam boxes and included 2CDRs, a set of mini cards with unique designs for each release as well as an insert.

Additionally O'69 released Mater Suspiria Vision's "Live Via LSD Radioshow Volume 1" in a file format, the mp3 was sent to buyers of "Live Via LSD Radioshow Volume 2" box set prior to its release date. The mix was originally aired on November 6th, 2011 on Karnival Radio and hosted by TXTBK's CHVяCH XV BяXK3N 7ANGvAG3 - but it wasn't downloadable at the time.
In 2021 O'69 started to reissue their releases in a "simpler" packaging.
