Debut EP from Modern Howl, self described dark synth duo from Russia, but tbh it does sound to me more like a cyberpunk-ish industrial record with abstract hip-hop influences. Kinda hard to swallow for untrained ear, I know that back in 2012 I did not like it at all, but having grown and listened to a fair bit of music in that style it's not that bad. I think as the EP progresses it slowly evolves into a more witch house'y vibe too. Also, I still have no clue what "Jasco C.W." means.
